Your new role
Reporting into the Marketing Manager, this role will focus exclusively on the Public Service Obligation (PSO) services funded by the National Transport Authority (NTA) and will work on the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from passenger growth to brand awareness.
You will plan and execute multi-channel initiatives to reach the target audience. Monitor performance of active
marketing programs and identify improvement opportunities. Identify and develop ideas with Marketing team and
Creative agency for creative marketing campaigns to deliver desired changes in customer behaviour
You will liaise with external stakeholders including creative agency, media buying agency and print contractor to
execute promotional events and campaigns.
Working with Marketing Manager to grow brand awareness and ensure marketing efforts align with company values, purpose and goals.
Assisting the Marketing manager with key internal stakeholders including Sales Team (campaign coordination), Finance (financial control), and External and Internal Comms teams (monthly social calendar and reporting)
You will support the Marketing Manager relationship with the National Transport Authority including presenting at bi-monthly Public Transport operator Marketing meetings. Conducting market research to identify consumer requirements, habits and trends.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a relevant 3rd level qualification with three (3) years relevant marketing experience
A thorough understanding of marketing elements including traditional and digital marketing
(SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods.
Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS PowerPoint, Adobe and graphic
Ability to demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
A background in a target driven marketing environment
Knowledge of Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.
Analytical skills & Social media/content creation experience
