As LMS Support Executive you will join an educational, regulatory, and representative body for working professional in Ireland. Your new organisation aims to provide support and advice to its membership professionals in their day-to-day practice through education, training courses and advisory services. Your new office is in the city centre and is accessible via public transport. Your new company require you to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
As LMS Support Executive you will support the Education Centre and have an interest in database systems, digitalisation, and project management in an education setting. Your duties will include providing recommendations and input on how to improve existing course examinations processes, coordinating various activities and projects within the Course Examinations Section as they arise, advise on, and help facilitate, the digitisation of course examinations and external examinations and day-to-day section activities, act as a Liaison between management, executives, and support staff in the Education Department, working in liaison with the Exams Administration team to deal with a large volume of enquiries, defining the potential for increased integration with the Society’s ongoing System 360 change management programme and all other ad-hoc administrative and project support that may fall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed
To become LMS Support Executive ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar role with proven experience in the third level Education sector. You will be able to manage multiple projects independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines on an ongoing basis. This role requires strong attention to detail along with organisational skills. Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook along with expertise in database systems is essential. Strong communication skills are essential as you will liaising with stakeholders daily.

With clear and relevant examples of your IT skillset and your career achievements within third level education and examinations, you will be a very strong candidate for this role
