Your new role
As the new Maintenance Fitter for this leading company, you will be working as part of a large Mechanical Team and supervising contractors for maintenance, repairs and installations. You will be responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance, troubling shooting machinery related process problems as well as equipment failures to determine cause and to investigate repairs. Other duties will include making sure maintenance tasks are completed in accordance with site policies and procedures, ensuring effective completion and ongoing review of planned equipment, making sure all executed maintenance activities are recorded, contributing on identification, quantification, implementation and presentation of equipment.
What you'll need to succeed
Maintenance Fitter Craft Certificate or equivalent is necessary. A knowledge of WWTP is an advantage but not essential. Good communication skills, being able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. The ideal candidate would have a strong technical capability with an eye for attention to detail.
What you'll get in return
A competitive salary ranging for €42,000 - €46,000, with the opportunity of over-time. The company also offers regular working hours, Monday to Friday, 23 days annual leave plus all Irish bank holidays, free parking, bike to work scheme, a pension as well as annual health checks.
