Our Client is seeking to recruit a Mechanical Services Project Manager or Foreman for projects in Galway and the West of Ireland. They are a well-established mechanical services contractor. They are looking to recruit an ambitious, career minded individual that has worked in a similar role previously. As Mechanical Services Project Manager the responsibilities and requirements may include:
  • Mechanical Services Project Manager or Foreman
  • 4 years experience in Mechanical contracting Industry
  • Previous experience of working on HVAC / piping / mechanical installation projects.
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or candidates from a Plumbing background will be considered.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and within a strict deadline environment.
  • Manage the tender process including input from other staff.
  • Management of projects on site
  • AutoCAD & IT knowledge would be a benefit
  • Assist with requirements in relation to site preparations & associated consultations and design issues.
  • Preparing final and interim accounts
  • Purchasing
  • Programming
  • Preparing project plans
  • Attending site meetings
  • Health and safety on site
