Are you an experienced Office Administrator looking for an interesting new challenge? My client a leading, global, alternative investment manager, asset manager, and service provider, with offices across the globe are looking for an Office Administrator and Vendor Verification Coordinator to join their Irish business on a full time permanent basis.

Your new role
In this role you will find yourself assisting internal clients with progressing of onboarding of vendors. In order to do this you will make contact with each vendor regarding confirmation of their information and also communicate with business users in the EU regarding the set up. You will enter the Vendor details on to the matrix system and log confirm the vendor identity (training will be provided for this.)

You will also provide the office with general administrative support such as answering calls, sorting post, arranging couriers, acting as fire warden and first aid ambassador for the office and liaising with the building manager on maintenance issues and arranging events from time to time.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will be a confident communicator, this role involves calling vendors to confirm their information and to carry out verification checks so you will need to be comfortable making calls. You should be IT savvy with a working knowledge of MS Office Suite. Being able to speak a second European language would be a huge benefit to you in this role as you will be communicating with business' across Europe.

What you'll get in return
