Paralympics Ireland, the National Paralympic Committee (NPC) for Ireland, recognised by the International Paralympic committee (IPC), is responsible for preparing and managing the Irish team at the Paralympic Games.

Paralympics Ireland is seeking to appoint a Performance Operations Manager/Deputy Chef de Mission to play a leading role with Team Ireland at the Paralympic Games Paris 2024. This motivating and challenging role will be responsible for managing performance operations on a day-to-day basis.

As the Performance Operations Manager, you will have experience in a management or leadership role working within an inter disciplinary team operating in a high-performance environment (sporting or non-sporting).

Reporting to the Sports Director, you will be an integral player in the Paralympics Ireland leadership group.

Your career to date will demonstrate a strong track record of achievement of successful project/programme design and delivery. You will be able to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management experience i.e. experience of working with multiple partners, stakeholders and volunteers to achieve success. Furthermore, you will demonstrate strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to delegate.
