Your new company
A highly reputable commercial semi-state organisation which is recognisable nationwide for being responsible for owning, operating and maintaining the gas network in Ireland. They are responsible for delivering gas successfully to over 706,000 homes across the country. As a result of their continuous growth and expansion they are looking for a Portfolio Programme Co-ordinator to join their team in Dublin.

Your new role
You will be responsible for a number of duties such as, supporting the relevant Portfolio Programme Managers (DX) with programme coordination and progression activities. Along with this you will provide specialist programme advice and manage delivery issues as required, conducting and contributing to regular reviews of programme and project progress including budgets, changes, risks and issues.
You will also be obliged to ensure the development and the submission of investment forum gate papers from Gate 2 to Gate 4, including coordinating with Asset Delivery and Asset Operations’ leads regarding all necessary project information.
Providing support to relevant Project Delivery Managers and Leads; as well as Maintenance Programming & Delivery leads; with respect to Portfolio governance requirements and project completion checklists will also be one of your duties.
An overall drive for progression is highly sought after.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be suitably qualified with a third level engineering or project manager qualification whilst also having 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role with industry experience (Electricity, Water, Telecommunications).
You will have previous experience with working strong in a team and pushing for consistent progression and demonstrate experience of effective programme, risk and stakeholder management.
