Due to continued growth, this company are offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Architect to join their successful team.
Your new role
You will be joining the practice as a Project Architect, where you will be responsible for delivering multiple projects from conception stages through to completion. You will avail of the opportunity to be involved in projects across a range of sectors across Ireland. Here, you will avail of having a strong team around you, including Senior and Junior Architectural professionals, providing a strong support system and team environment, ensuring each projects success. You will report to the Project Director, and you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding more junior members of the team. You will work closely with and be responsible for maintain relationships with site contractors and sub - contractors, and attend regular site meetings. This role will also provide you with an excellent opportunity to progress and develop in your career, adding award winning projects to your portfolio.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified Architect, having obtained your qualification from a recognised institute. You will have over 5 years' experience. RIAI registration is an advantage, but not essential. Proven experience in delivering projects from conception to completion in previous employment. Proven track record of working closely with contractors at construction stages of projects. During your experience, you will also ideally have worked on a variety of projects across various sectors. Excellent knowledge of the Irish Building Regulations is essential for this role. Proficiency in using software, preferably Revit, but full training can also be provided. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
