They are now looking for a quality engineer to join their team due to expansion of the company.

Your new role

You will be reporting to the Quality Operations Team Leader and will have active participation in Product & Process Development, coordination with QA/QC laboratories, approving of process validation studies, management of justified complaints investigations, change control processes and in process related adjustments and leading or participating in process improvement projects. You also will prepare, review and approve technical documentation.

Your day to day duties will include managing the activities of the Quality team to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance with all regulatory requirements, driving root cause analysis of non-conformances with relevant personnel and ensure corrections are implemented before starting back to production after a quality issue, review, analyse and report on relevant customer complaints and institute corrective actions and liaise with relevant personnel regarding flow of product through QC department and other issues that arise.

What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a related environment in a quality role or similar and related experience in the manufacturing market.

They will be able to identify potential business, project risks, and take appropriate actions to mitigate, be confident in presenting to suppliers at technical and management levels, can work independently and in teams with infrequent supervision and need of review and have an eye for high attention to details to ensure proper manufacturing, installation, and operation of products

Desirable skills include Project Engineering, H&S and/or Auditing Qualifications, and Supplier Development.
