Receptionist | Grade III | Dublin 15 | 2 Month Assignment

Your new company
As Receptionist, you will join a reputable team in the not-for-profit sector who provide services for persons with intellectual disability. Your new office is located in Dublin North and is accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team for at least 2 months with view of extension.

Your new role
As Receptionist you will professionally manage a busy front of house desk and be the first point of contact for visitors to your new office. Your day to day duties will include both reception and administrative tasks including meeting/greeting, managing a switchboard, filing, photocopying, scanning and email correspondence. You will also be a responsible for scheduling meetings/appointments, data management and any other ad-hoc duties that may fall into new role. You will support management and a wider team.

This is a great opportunity for you to gain invaluable Reception experience within a reputable not-for-profit organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders. You will also have proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and databases. Previous switchboard experience is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.

With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within a similar environment with proficient reception skills you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
