Your new role
You’ll be responsible for the attraction approach to secure the best talent for the Client. You’ll be the key contact for the hiring managers, managing their expectations and offering a consultative approach towards the Irish candidate market. You will conduct intake and follow-up meetings, and you will prepare and present relevant information regarding the status of requisitions. You’ll engage with your colleagues in identifying blockers and adjusting the talent attraction strategy when needed. You will also work collaboratively and build lasting relationships with Hays and Client to achieve your agreed targets.

What you’ll need to succeed
You have a proven track record of working to targets and experience in a recruitment setting. You’re creative and persistent to be able to achieve positive results and you feel confident in dealing with high-volume recruitment and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously. You will use your initiative to actively improve current processes and your analytical approach to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Previous experience in recruiting is a requirement for this role.
