We currently have an opportunity for a bright enthusiastic person to join our recruitment team in Galway. You will recruit for roles within the west of Ireland. You will will deal with a wide variety of clients from small organisations to large multi nationals. We require someone with a keen interest in sales, cold calling, networking & business development to help develop further revenue in this area. The role requires you to meet with your candidates and clients on a daily & weekly basis, to help drive opportunities with new and existing customers. You will also build a large network of candidates that are available to work within your region. This will involve calling and meeting candidates on a daily basis making sure they are fully compliant and suitable for the vacancies you have generated through your extensive business development work in previous months. In order to succeed you will need a strong work ethic, resilience, a natural commercial outlook and an exceptional flair for sales. You must be able to deal with the many challenges and obstacles as they arise. Previous experience in recruitment or working within a target driven sales role is vitally important. A full driving licence is an advantage.
As a Consultant, you will manage your own client portfolio and source the most suitable candidates. Entrepreneurialism is encouraged, and you are free to work with a high degree of autonomy.
If you are dynamic, can build strong relationships with customers and across the business, and know how to get results, it's within your power to move quickly through the ranks. On any given day, amongst other things, you are likely to be involved in the following:
• Screening and interviewing candidates, making sure they are fully compliant and suitable for the vacancies you typically recruit for;
• Cold Calling / Business development / Networking
• Negotiating with clients
• On-going management of client and candidate relationships
