Your new company Your new company is located just outside cork city. They are one of Ireland’s leading professional contract cleaning and hygiene supply companies.
Your new role In your you will respond to sales enquiries either by phone, e mail or over the counter and provide advice, information, quotations and ensure maximum level of sales and margin.
You will be able to offer alternative products, up-sell where possible and keep customers updated on
orders and deliveries.
You will be responsible for monitoring customer orders/deliveries and stock levels
as well as processing invoices and all relevant paperwork in a prompt manner
You'll be balancing cash books at the end of the day and taking orders.
What you'll need to succeed To succeed you will need Sales experience, good Computer skills and previous customer facing experience in a trade environment.
You'll need to be Customer focused and results driven with good written and verbal communication skills.
You must be able to demonstrate good organisational and time management skills.
You need to be a team player with well-developed interpersonal skills.
