As a recruitment consultant, you'll develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and source the most suitable candidates whilst maintaining the highest standards, exceeding targets and contributing towards a passionate and focused team.

You'll be working within a high performance culture, where attitude and appearance are as important and ability and experience. You will be given the best training available and access to systems and support of the very highest level, however you will need to learn how to utilise this support and have the passion and drive to succeed. You will need to be able to deal with adversity and disappointment in the same way you deal with success and you will need to remain positive on a continual basis.

For this role you will ideally have a science based background with a passion for the industry, but this will be coupled with a desire to develop a commercial role with a can-do and relentless attitude!
