A rapidly growing international organisation in the engineering and construction industry and are looking to add a Senior Payroll Specialist to their EMEA Payroll Team. This company operates in 6 countries with on-going long-term projects. As this company are an essential service, this role will be based full time in their office in Dublin West.
Your new role
As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be joining a team of 3 EMEA payrollers, preparing payroll for 700 employees across 6 countries on a monthly basis. You will collating information, liaising with multiple stakeholders, to ensure payroll inputs are accurate before reconciling payroll information with third parties. You will action and rectify any discrepancies. You will act as a point of contact for employees on all payroll related matters and you will liaise with the HR department for starter/leavers administration. You will issue and send payslips and carry out monthly payroll reconciliations/reporting.
What you'll need to succeed An IPASS/ATI qualification is desired for this position, along with 2-3 years in a payroll specialist position with either multiple locations or 600+ employees on payroll. Strong interpersonal skills are required for this position, as well as good knowledge of Excel.
