What you'll be working on
You'll work as part of a high-performing team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping client organisations solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will be applying your skills in structured problem solving, business analysis, analytics, design thinking, and lean process improvement to help our clients drive profitability and performance through their business. Participating in project delivery across the end-to-end project lifecycle by engaging directly with senior client stakeholders to drive business outcomes, including facilitation of client interviews, workshops, and project governance sessions. Collaborating with a worldwide team of specialists to create one-of-a-kind, game-changing solutions while receiving best-in-class operational training and development.

What you'll need to succeed
A third-level degree combined with proven Microsoft Office knowledge. Strong skills in mathematical analysis, presentation, Process Mapping, and requirement collecting abilities. In relation to certification lean six sigma certification is advantageous as are PMP/Prince2 certification with agile design experience/certification desirable. Ideally you will have 4-5 years of experience working for a consulting company or industry organization combined with Project and program management expertise. It's a plus if you've worked on large-scale projects before.
