Your new role
Advise and report regularly to the Commercial Director and the Project Director on contractual and Commercial matters. Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue and growth, while minimising costs Manage interfaces between Director, internal engineering, legal and finance functions. Set financial targets, budget development and performance monitoring using key metrics.

What you'll need to succeed
Relevant industry experience; 10-12 years in a comparable position. Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering or relevant business degree. Ability to spot opportunities to generate growth. Experience in leading a cross functional team of professionals
