Site Manager required for leading contractor (South East), salary depending on experience
Your new company
A leading building contractor who operate across both Ireland the UK who specialise in new builds for the commercial, healthcare, educational and retail sectors. With a track record of delivering landmark projects on time and to the highest of specifications, they require an experienced Site Manager for a long term project in South Kildare.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of this large scale construction site. You will co-ordinate daily works for both direct staff and an extensive list of sub-contractors. You will report directly with the sites Project Manager and various other members of senior management. Attending regular site meetings and give weekly update reports to your various clients and colleagues. You will encouraged to grow within the company and progress your career.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally hold a construction related degree / qualification or come from a trades background. You will have experience working on projects varying in value up-to €10mill+. You will be a strong communicator who is capable of running large crews of staff and coordinating works. You will have strong IT skills, specifically for the use of MS packages.
