You new company is a Global medical company in Galway. They are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a temp contact for 9 months. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within the Human Resources Department. This role has the opportunity to be hybrid. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will primarily assist and support in the execution of an efficient, professional, and engaging Talent Acquisition strategy.
Your new role
As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be Own, lead and deliver on the key recruitment activities, Develop candidate pipelines for critical business groups, Engage in Market Mapping and seek out market intelligence to gain competitive advantage, provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting updates, Manage the Talent Acquisition systems and Work in partnership with Hiring Managers as their dedicated Business Partner to guide them through the Talent Acquisition process.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will ideally have 1-2 years of demonstrated Inhouse/Agency experience in fast-moving environments, with ability to source, recruit, and manage stakeholders. Demonstrable high level of expertise in Google forms, Microsoft Office. A Degree qualified in Business, Marketing, HR, and or a related field is preferred. Experience using ATS or HRIS systems desired
