What you'll be working on
In your new role you will be working on delivering large -scale transformation programmes and projects including business process design, testing and user training, involving multiple stakeholders. Building strong relationship with clients and the internal teams and ensuring consistent high standard delivery, will be at the core of the role. You will be also required to build and maintain a platform to support the global brand, reputation and purpose of your new company. In your new role you will have to assist the clients account management activities and manage the financial, risk and quality aspects of the clients management . Building strong internal relationships and supporting team development initiatives and activities will be also part of the role.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new job, you should have a strong 3^rd level qualification, approximately 5 years' experience in a management,consulting, advisory or a public sector role and around 10-15 y experience as a Project Manager delivering large scale projects and transformation programmes. Ideally you should have some experience in design, testing, and end-user training. Soft skills as excellent ability to communicate and manage stakeholders and a good understanding of project governance and change managers are fundamental to the role. PRINCE2® or PMP are desirable.
