Your new role

The Logistics Administrator will work with the logistics team to manage the movement of assets for customers. This role involves supporting driver installers, liaising with customers and end users, scheduling collections and deliveries, inputting data, and resolving customer queries. The Logistics Administrator must be highly motivated, ambitious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring ISO standards and external service level agreements are consistently met.

What you'll need to succeed

The job requires a candidate with at least 2 years of relevant experience, knowledge of SAP is desirable, customer service principles and practices, and a high level of computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office.
