Sales and Purchasing Administrator | 6 months | €16 per hour | Mallow | Full on-site
Your new company
Your new employer is with a leading supplier of agricultural products that provides service to customers across Ireland. They assist consumers with a diverse range of applications. They are now looking for a Sales and Purchasing Administrator to join them on their client site.
Your new role
You will answer phones and emails. You will advise customers, prepare quotations and process sales orders. You will plan deliveries, arrange deliveries for trucks and monitor delivery statuses. You will analyse sales data and inventory levels. You will prepare sales and inventory forecasts.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong IT and MS Office skills, particularly Excel. You will have good attention to detail. You will have strong interpersonal/communication skills. A driving licence is required. Experience with an ERP system is an advantage, but training would be provided.
