HR Administrator | Dublin 7 | Public Sector
Your new company
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Administrator to join a Public Sector Company based in Dublin 7. A flexible hybrid working pattern is in place. This is initially a 6-month contract.
Your new role
Working closely with the HR Manager, you will:
- Assist with recruitment campaigns
- Assist with onboarding and induction
- Review and develop HR policies and processes
- Assist with managing the TMS
- Assist with the development of a new HRIS
- Assist in the preparation of HR internal audits
- Assist in the setting up and recording of training programmes
- Assist with the maintenance of PMDS
- Assist with HR procurement
- Develop and maintain systems for managing organisational files and records
- Assist with developing HR toolkits
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have:
- 3 years’ experience in an HR and learning and development role
- Experience of developing policies, PMDS and training programmes
- Experience of managing personal data
- Familiarity with Microsoft products and Sharepoint experience
- Highly organised, good communication skills
- Project delivery experience
- A HR qualification (desirable)
- Previous public sector recruitment experience (desirable)
