HR Data & Projects Specialist - Dublin City (Mainly remote) - €50,000

Your new company

Are you an experienced HR professional with a love for data and reporting? We are currently working with a market leader in their field who operate in over 30 countries and are looking to add to their team initially on a 1-year fixed-term contract. This role will be based in Dublin and will offer a predominantly remote way of working with occasional attendance required in Dublin City Centre.

Your new role

In this role you will support the wider business on a number of HR projects across the globe. A typical day will see you:

  • Co-ordinate all group-related HR reporting
  • Manage the coordination and delivery of ad-hoc projects and compliance (e.g. data security).
  • Provide generalist HR support for European-based corporate teams and employees as required.
  • Manage the provision of employee engagement monitoring for corporate employees.
  • Complete ad-hoc duties as required.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will showcase:

  • An HR qualification, ideally alongside a CIPD qualification
  • At least 3 years experience of managing HR related projects ideally within a large international organisation
  • Strong Excel and MS Office Skills
  • Experience of project management across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • A high level of understanding of HR KPI reporting
  • A good understanding of generalist HR activities such as measuring employee engagement
  • Ideally, you would have a proficiency in a second language such as Spanish, but this is not essential.

What you'll get in return

You will be paid a salary of circa €50,000 per annum and have the flexibility of typically working fully remote with occasional attendance to the office based in Dublin City Centre. You will be working in a global organisation with an excellent reputation and working closely with the Group People & Organisational Development Director in the implementation and ongoing management of Group-related HR projects and processes.
