M&E QS required for one of Irelands leading M&E Contractors

Your new company
Our client is one of Ireland's leading M&E contractors that are currently working on a number of large large commercial and data centre projects in Ireland. They have recently been successful on a tender for a multimillion euro contract in Dublin. They are looking to appoint an M&E Quantity Surveyor to their commercial department.

Your new role
Your role will involve managing the commercial aspects of various projects, managing cashflow, managing subcontractor accounts, agree costs with clients for project change orders, provide monthly valuations and agree final accounts.

What you'll need to succeed
You will hold a qualification in construction economics, quantity surveying or equivalent. You will be competent at producing BOQ's, estimating, administering contracts etc. Candidates must have experience with an M&E Contractor. Candidate from either a mechanical or electrical background will be considered.
