Personal Assistant | Dublin North | €31,000 - €51,000 DOE | 3 Month Assignment

Your new company

As Personal Assistant to the COO, you will join one of Ireland’s most reputable healthcare organisations that caters for both public and private patients, that is known for its success for over 100 years. Your new office is conveniently located in Dublin North and is accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team for at least 3 months.

Your new role

As Personal Assistant, your duties will include, but are not limited to, providing high quality transactional and administrative assistance, logistical management, event/meeting coordination, drafting written correspondence, electronic and paper file management, completing forms, reports, logs and records as required, meeting coordination, minuting, calendar management, risk escalation and all general administrative and ad-hoc project support that falls into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar EA or PA role, experience within the public sector is advantageous. Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders. Proficiency using MS Suite is necessary. A keen eye for detail and multitasking is essential to meet tight deadlines. Experience working with confidential information and an ability to manage commercially sensitive communications is required. With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within a similar EA or PA role, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
