A large construction company is looking for a detail-orientated payroll administrator. You’ll be responsible for managing digital timesheets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our project tracking and payroll processes.
Your new role: -
- Ensure timely and accurate completion and submission of timesheets by site-based personnel.
- Input and verify project-specific details in our system.
- Generate and analyse weekly and monthly timesheet reports using Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Collaborate and work with payroll and accounts departments, adapting to evolving roles.
- Continuously learn and suggest process improvements.
Your Skillset -
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
- Strong communication skills, with a friendly and assertive approach.
- Self-motivate, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Discretion and confidentiality is a key aspect of the role.
