Member Services Lead | 1 Year FTC | €55,000 - €65,000 DOE | Dublin City/Hybrid

Your new company

As Member Services Lead, you will join an educational, regulatory, and representative body for working professionals in Ireland working within their members' service team, responsible for understanding member needs, driving engagement and ensuring a positive member experience. Your new office is in Dublin City and is accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team on a 1-year FTC. You will have a hybrid work model after your training period.

Your new role

As Member Services Lead, you will support the Head of Members Services and contribute to the development and execution of member engagement strategies. Your duties will include but are not limited to gathering feedback, analysing data and implementing feedback; implementing the member renewal, recruitment and retention process for members; coordinating member-focused events; developing content for the website and providing digital content; promoting the benefits of the member services offering, along with any ad-hoc project and administrative support required within the member services department.

What you'll need to succeed

To become Member Services Lead, you will have a third level qualification along with recent relevant experience involved with enhancing customer engagement and experience. Experience in a membership organisation is an advantage but not essential. Enthusiasm for the possibilities for improving member engagement along with the exceptional writing ability for a professional audience is necessary. You will be able to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines on an ongoing basis. This role requires excellent attention to detail along with strong communication, organisational and IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

With clear and relevant examples of your transferable skills, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
