Mechanical Contracts Manager
Your new company
One of Dublin's fastest growing Mechanical and Electrical Engineering contractors that have a large orderbook for 2021. They are on course to become one of the top 10 M&E Contractors in the country and are the preferred M&E Contractor for a number of tech firms in Dublin. They have over €40 million worth of work due to start before the end of the year. They are known for the meticulous planning of jobs and working well with consultants and main contractors. They have a low turnover of staff and look at ensuring each member of staff reached their potential.
Your new role
You will have full operational and financial responsibility for a couple of mechanical installation projects. You will be responsible for a team of engineers, foremen, CAD technicians, health and safety officers etc. Responsibilities include managing scope, developing schedules, managing subcontractors, attending site meetings, managing the financials etc.
What you'll need to succeed
Your ten years post graduate experience will help you succeed in this role. You will have a proven track record in delivering complex mechanical projects. You must have worked with a reputable mechanical contractor. Candidates will come from an engineering or trade background.
