Your new role

• Scanning and processing all AP Invoices
• Dealing with vendor queries
• Arranging EFT’s
• Arranging International Multi Currency Payments with online banking – AIB
• Knowledge of ROS
• Providing service effectively and efficiently to ensure suppliers are paid within established time limits

• Completing Creditor Reconciliations and bank reconciliations on a monthly basis
• Balancing intercompany receivables and payables
• Daily Post

What you'll need to succeed

3 plus years experience in Accounts Payable
Continia / Microsoft Dynamics experience
