Our client is a well known establishment in County Limerick. Located 25 minutes southwest of Limerick City. The facilities include a highly rated hotel, restaurants and a leisure club. They are seeking to hire an Accounts Payable individual on a full time basis for a period of 3 months to cover an individual who is on leave. Tis client is offering great flexibility for the successful candidate with the choice of working a 4 day week if desirable.

Your new role

The role will focus on the processing side of Accounts Payable. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's experience in Accounts Payable.

Duties and skills required include;

• Invoice processing
• Bank reconciliations
• Reviewing daily reports
• Administration duties
• Supporting the wider finance team
• Software - Dynamics NAV
• An eye for detail
• Ability to work as part of a team

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have an excellent eye for detail. This role will involve you reviewing reports daily and spotting potential errors and amending. As this is a 3-month placement experience, working in a similar role is critical in order to hit the ground running. You will need to be willing to work in the office as this role is based fully on site.
