As Admissions Assistant/Administrator, you will join a leading English Language School in Dublin City. Your new office is located in the heart of Dublin City and is accessible via public transport. Your new company requires you to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is fully onsite.

Your new role

As Admissions Assistant/Administrator, you play a pivotal role in undertaking the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring that all students and partners have an excellent experience.

Your duties will include but are not limited to managing the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring efficiency and compliance with organisational standards, addressing enquiries from prospective agents and students, providing accurate and comprehensive information about programs and admission requirements, requesting documentation for students, taking charge of the school emergency phone, answering calls promptly and providing immediate assistance during designated week, along with all general administrative and ad-hoc duties that fall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed

To become Admissions Assistant/Administrator, you will ideally have recent relevant administrative and customer service experience. You will be able to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines on an ongoing basis. A keen eye for detail is necessary as you will be required to manage the organisation's database accurately. Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are required.

With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within Education or Regulation, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
