Our client, a semi - state utilities' organisation, is adding to their team! It is an exciting time for this organisation, experiencing huge growth & change. They now require an HR Operations Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your new role

The job involves providing HR administrative and transactional services such as payroll, pensions, learning and development, scheme administration, performance management, compensation and benefits. The job also requires administrative support for recruitment, employee correspondence, induction and exit processes, ad-hoc projects, and responding to employee queries. The role also involves adhering to HR policies and procedures and storing documents in line with data protection procedures. The person will also be required to process payments and develop effective working relationships with the wider HR team. The job may require support for other areas of the business.

What you'll need to succeed

The job requires a candidate with a relevant third-level qualification and at least one year of experience in utilities or similar industries. The ideal candidate should be proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team. They should have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. They should be flexible and able to adapt to changes in the work environment. The candidate should be committed to learning and strive for quality work.
