Senior Data Analyst - 6 Month Contract - Dublin

Your new role

  • Provide superior analytic consultation with a focus on client satisfaction, client retention, and trend management.
  • Support short and long term operational and strategic business activities.
  • Design, execute, and maintain advanced PBM analytics, conduct and evaluate trend analyses, and present clinical and financial opportunities based on analytic insights to clients.
  • Use logic and analytic skills to perform client-specific analyses in response to business questions and communicate the findings, including data sources, methodology, outcomes and recommendations.
  • Develop, enhance and maintain operational information and models that will have an impact on business decisions.
  • Routinely collaborate with clinical consulting and account management to provide clinical aspects of client quarterly reviews.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with client leaders, key stakeholders, and brokers/consultants while maintaining a focus on organisation strategies and goals.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in quantitative analytics and conducting advanced analytic modelling for large claims databases with real-world applications.
  • 5+ years of experience querying and analysing pharmacy claims data using at least one data query and analysis tool (SQL, SAS).
  • Design and develop new scalable/repeatable solutions and re-write legacy SAS programs.
  • Experience in one or more programming languages such as Python, R, etc.
  • Be able to navigate through existing Databricks/Azure challenges.
  • 4+ years of experience developing cloud-based analytics products.
  • 2+ years of experience using a data visualisation tool (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
  • The ability to problem-solve, including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data.
  • Experience gathering requirements from the client/business and documenting.
  • Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes.

What you'll get in return

  • Pay rate between €450-€494 per day subject to experience.
  • 6-Month Contract.
