Your new role

You will be responsible for the first line of communication with clients in regard to new business & reviews in Pension, Investments and Life Assurance. Attention to detail, accuracy and promptness are core values of this organisation. The successful candidate will be expected to follow these.

• Working as part of a team with other administration staff and advisors
• Communicating with clients over the phone and email, keeping them updated on the progress of their applications.
• A professional and positive attitude to your work
• Adhering to legislation and supporting the companies Advisors

What you'll need to succeed

QFA Qualification or pursuing (You will be fully supported in pursuing this qualification). At least 2–3 years experience - stronger applicants also will be considered

What you'll get in return
