Your new role

You will be responsible for managing the closing process of transactions involving aircraft sale/purchase, delivery/redelivery. This includes preparing draft CPs, working with local and lender counsel, and liaising with internal departments to meet closing requirements. Your responsibilities would involve managing multiple transactions at once and ensuring all documents are filed and managed post-closing. You will also be responsible for arranging filings with local authorities and discharging/filings on the IR.

What you'll need to succeed

The job requires someone with strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, good analytical skills, and a proactive approach. The candidate should be able to interact with colleagues at all levels and work in a busy and growing environment. They must be reliable, trustworthy, and have over 2 years of experience in an administrative role. A legal secretarial course or secretarial course is an advantage, and experience in the aviation industry would be a significant plus. The candidate must also be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
