Your new role

Process payroll related information from multiple sources, such as People Soft, Local HR, Corporate HR etc.
Assure computation of pay is according to company policy and in accordance with government regulations and tax legislation
Review payroll audit reports, team member's input, and payroll registers to ensure accuracy
Receive directions on completing, creating and entering journal entries
Interpret company policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive material and information
Respond to employee enquiries and requests regarding payroll matters
Assist in special projects as assigned by Management
In conjunction with your line Manager, monitor and feedback on the performance of the payroll provider
Reporting internally through KPI's, and externally through ad hoc reports requested by customers

What you'll need to succeed

Payroll qualifications such as IPASS or CIPP will be an advantage.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in a Multinational payroll environment
Fluent English. Any additional language will be an advantage.
