This client is a growing, design-led architectural and engineering practice who have a large portfolio of both commercial and residential projects.

Your new role

Key responsibilities include:

• Technical detailing for Tender Stage Drawings and documentation.
• Construction Stage, technical detailing, drawings, and documentation.
• Fire Cert and DAC applications.
• Attending meetings with Clients, Design Teams, Contractors.
• Visiting Sites and carrying out inspections.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 3 years, relevant Irish Experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential. Civil 3D and Sketch Up & Photoshop would be an advantage.
• Demonstrable ability to produce high quality architectural drawings.
• Candidate needs to have excellent knowledge of the Irish planning process and building regulations.
• Site experience is preferable.
• Ability to work in a team environment and on own initiative.
• Assist in developing other Team members.
• Experience is preparation and submission of planning applications for one off houses and multi-unit residential schemes (housing and apartments) including experience of attending multi-disciplinary design team meetings and pre-planning meetings with Local Authority planning departments.
• Experience in producing tender packages for one off houses and multi-unit residential schemes (housing and apartments).
• Experience in producing construction stage packages for one off houses and multi-unit residential schemes (housing and apartments).
