Exciting new PM role with a Global Funds organisation where you will manage progress of strategic projects.

Your new company

Your new role
Your key role will be to track and manage the progress of strategic projects to ensure key deadlines and deliverables are met.
This is a new role which will work closely with a Director, where you will primarily support the change, risk, and quality management capabilities of the company.

  • Define and implement project governance to centralise and standardise oversight of a broad project portfolio. A key initial project will be to manage the implementation process of onboarding customers for various fund types.
  • Production of project performance and status reporting ensuring timely execution and capture of results
  • Employing analytical skills to provide clarity to complex data and reporting.
  • Presenting analysis.
  • Communicate both data-driven and conceptual information effectively to a variety of audiences.
  • Quantification of project risk and impact.
  • Engagement in priority projects.
  • Attend Management and Client meetings as required to provide an in-depth overview, analysis and update on various projects and initiatives.
  • Participate in relevant working groups across the Company as required.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have Financial Services experience, strong analytical, critical thinking, and creative capabilities and a proven ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks, independently and collaboratively.

  • Minimum of 4 years working as a Project Manager either internally or in an established consultancy in a Project and Programme Management service line.
  • Project management certification, PMI, Prince 2, AgilePM or equivalent.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
