Mobility Analyst to play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of mobility services

Mobility Analyst to play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of mobility services and optimising IT processes.

As a Mobility Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality IT Support services with a focus on mobility services. You will manage the front-line support processes in relation to mobility incidents, problems and changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop administrator level of understanding of the key technologies managed by service management to support mobile devices, i.e. intune, workspace one
  • Manage the front line support processes in relation to mobility incidents, problems and changes
  • Provide SME input on device configuration and deployment processes
  • Interface between IT, the user community, business partners and 3rd party IT service providers
  • Continuous improvement on existing and new processes or configurations with a view to optimisation
  • Leading and/or participation in IT projects and initiatives designed to improve service and global business processes while providing SME input as required
  • Management of high impact issues and outage events
  • Perform regular reviews of the live environments to identify trends or underlying issues that may result in problems
  • Manage the procurement and asset management processes for mobile devices and peripherals
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience of ITIL methodologies and implementations is desirable.
  • Experience with device management tools such as Intune, Workspace One, etc., would be an advantage.
  • Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow would be an advantage.
  • Relevant third-level qualification/accreditation desirable
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in water, utilities, or similar industries desirable
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Highly motivated individual with a proven track record of delivering results within a team
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Adaptability and willingness to change focus on line with business requirements
