Sales Advisor role with specialist real estate agency

Your new company

This client is one of the largest property and sales advisors in Ireland, with offices across the country. They are recruiting for a Sales Advisor to join their New Homes team who has a strong focus on Sales, Marketing and Buyer Management.


Your new role

  • Engage in correspondence and maintain regular contact with buyers and solicitors to ensure they are always up-to-date and contracts are signed in a prompt manner.
  • Preparation of marketing schedules, including management of implementation schedules and ensuring marketing plans are refreshed for assigned schemes.
  • Contribute to the overall team's sales targets and business goals by dedicating your activities to the sales process throughout.
  • Responsible for the Marketing and launches of the New Homes Developments as assigned.
  • Assist the Client Director/Associate Director in the preparation of floor plans, co-ordination of brochures and adverts.
  • Take responsibility for all aspects of the sales process, including management of enquiry lists, qualifying leads, preparation of enquiry reports for clients, bringing transactions through from booking to contract signing to the closure of the sale.
  • Ensure all New Homes correspondence is accurate and appropriate and applicant database is held confidentially and is up-to-date.
  • Oversee database of new home buyers to ensure they are kept up to date on new releases.
  • Responsible for weekly reporting on viewings, sales progress and other ad hoc reporting as required
  • Conduct property viewings with prospective new home buyers.
  • Ensure your sales goals & KPIs are on track; regularly monitored and achieved.
  • Ensure that there are sufficient site staff available and that they are adequately equipped to support your scheme launches, where appropriate.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to prioritise workload and work on own initiative.
  • PRSA Licenced candidate with 1+ years' experience in new homes or residential sales. Commercial/Surveying real estate/Propery Management candidates will also be considered.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Capable in the use of technologies, especially MS Office packages.
  • Weekends are important and availability will be required.
  • Full, clean drivers license.
