Customer Service Advisor | Dublin North | Permanent Position | €30,000

Your new company :

Our client is a sales, marketing, and technical services company. Their purpose is to deliver products and solutions to assist healthcare providers achieve optimum clinical outcomes. They are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Advisor on a full-time permanent basis. In this role you will provide customer service support to the organisation by dealing with queries from customers and sales, process sales orders in a timely manner and follow escalation procedures to resolve customer queries in relation to products and services.

Your new role :

They are seeking a customer service professional who will be responsible for efficiently processing customer orders and addressing queries. The role involves handling calls, problem-solving, and troubleshooting product issues, as well as managing complaints and providing timely solutions. The candidate will need to respond quickly to customer enquiries, maintain records of customer interactions, and liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve issues and meet targets. Additionally, the role requires managing a high volume of incoming calls, resolving pricing and product queries, and ensuring accurate information is provided. Building trust through effective communication, handling payment information, answering warranty and sales questions, and working closely with the team lead to deliver excellent customer service are also key aspects of the job.

What you'll need to succeed :

The role requires a candidate with over two years of experience in a dynamic customer service setting, well-versed in customer service principles. A high degree of computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office applications, is essential. Experience in the healthcare sector and knowledge of SAP are desirable. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong sense of integrity, a passion for customer care, and a focus on customer satisfaction. They should be self-motivated, able to handle pressure, prioritise tasks, and possess strong organisational and communication skills. Problem-solving abilities, adaptability, initiative, and the capacity to collaborate with various departments are crucial. Attention to detail, accuracy, and a flexible approach to the job are also important.
