Academic Administrator | €35,000 - €38,200 | Dublin City/Hybrid | 1 Year FTC

Your new company

As Academic Administrator, you will join an educational, regulatory, and representative body for working professionals in Ireland. Your new organisation aims to provide support and advice to its membership professionals in their day-to-day practice through education, training courses and advisory services. Your new office is located in Dublin City and is accessible via public transport. However, you will have a hybrid work model after your training is completed. Your new company requires you to join their team on a 1-year FTC. Availability for some Saturday work is required.

Your new role

As Academic Administrator, your duties will include but are not limited to managing student administration queries, collating & printing course materials, coordinating on-site sessions, LMS management, database administration, managing payments, exam support and all general administration that falls into your new role.

This is a great opportunity for you to gain excellent course administration experience within a reputable educational body.

What you'll need to succeed

To become Academic Administrator, you will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar role, experience within the education sector is advantageous. You will be able to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines on an ongoing basis. This role requires excellent attention to detail along with strong communication, organisational and IT skills, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with data management systems and/or learning management systems (e.g. moodle) and/or Adobe Acrobat Pro is desirable.

With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within a similar role, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
