People Experience Technical Lead | Dublin City | Permanent

An excellent opportunity has a arisen for a permanent position as People Experience Technical Lead for a Semi State organisation based in Dublin City centre. A hybrid working pattern is in place.

Your new role

Reporting to the People Experience Technical Manager, the People Experience Technical Lead is responsible for implementing and supporting initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and satisfaction. The role holder collaborates closely with HR teams, managers, and employees to create a supportive and inclusive work environment and to ensure the best people and culture practices are implemented across the organisation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Actively develop the People Experience teams’ proposition, by ensuring the delivery of effective and high-quality administration, promoting a positive culture, and offering a service that meets the current and future needs of both the company and employees
  • Support the People Experience Technical Manager in implementing and fulfilling the people strategy, ensuring it is aligned with and facilitating of the delivery of company strategic objectives
  • Support the implementation and application of people policies across the business
  • Utilise data-driven insights to refine and improve people experience strategies, processes, and initiatives
  • Assist in the design and implementation of employee engagement and employee wellbeing strategies and initiatives
  • Support various people activities across the company including recruitment, onboarding, absence management and disciplinary processes
  • Work to support and promote employees’ career growth, professional development, and skill enhancement
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of employee events, recognition programmes and surveys
  • Analyse employee survey responses to identify trends, areas of improvement and employee satisfaction levels
  • Analyse employee data and metrics to identify insights related to employee experience
  • Support the development of the onboarding process for new employees, to support delivery of a seamless and positive experience
  • Monitor employee well-being metrics, and propose strategies to improve work-life balance and overall employee well-being
  • Input into internal communication strategies and channels to ensure employees are informed and engaged on the People Strategy, and are aware of HR policies, programs, and initiatives
  • Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and systems to enhance the overall employee experience
  • Collaborate with benefit providers and wellness vendors to offer comprehensive well-being resources, programs, and services
  • Act as an advisor on people experience related matters, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts or issues
  • Assist in the coordination of employee training and development programmes
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the People Experience Technical Manager

What you'll need to succeed

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant third level qualification and or accreditation is desirable and or relevant experience
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective strategic partnerships with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Proven track record with dealing with complex issues, proactively and in a timely fashion along with the ability to communicate complex information to others
  • Highly motivated individual, working to the highest professional standards and with proven ability to deliver results
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and analyse problems and potential improvements, and propose and implement solutions
  • Demonstrate adaptability and the ability to change focus and direction in line with business strategy and requirements
  • Proactively identifying new areas of improvement and using newly gained knowledge and skill on the job
