Your new employer is a leading Irish semi-state service provider. They are committed to growth and innovation, and sustainability continues to be top of their agenda. They now require a Compensation & Benefits Compliance Analyst to join their team on a temporary basis.
Your new role
We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Compliance Analyst to provide operational support to the Compensation and Benefits Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing input and supporting with the coordination of compliance related activities, with a main focus on reviewing employee data and additional compensation for implementation. The candidate will be expected to assist in the creation and approval of offer recommendations for new hires and promotions in line with policy, as well as identifying and developing updates to relevant Compensation & Benefits policies and processes. The candidate will be expected to audit inputs and relevant reports for accuracy, errors, and completeness and ensure appropriate and timely corrective action.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have 5+ years of relevant work experience in a HR operations setting. You will have previous experience in a reward role. You will have experience deriving insights from analysing data and market information, and making recommendations on policy design. You will have strong Excel skills (e.g formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups, graphs, and data analytical skills). You will be detail-oriented and highly organised, you will have good numerical skills, excellent communication skills. You will have proven problem-solving, analytical, and logical thinking skills. You will have excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
