Are you an experienced Marketing and Sales Executive looking for an exciting new role? Here at Hays we are looking to speak with an experienced Marketing and Sales Executive about a truly exciting role working with a global brand based in Dublin who are looking for a Marketing and Sales Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping their brand, driving marketing initiatives, and managing corporate accounts.

Your new role :

Marketing:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels, including ad campaigns, social media, and email marketing.
  • Managing B2B marketing initiatives, fostering relationships with corporate clients, and driving corporate sales.
  • Lead product development from ideation to release, including new product research, strategising, and planning.
  • Collaborate on brainstorming sessions for creative content, including ad design, social media posts, and product design.
  • Effectively navigate and utilise CRM systems, including Smarketing Cloud and Shopify, for customer relationship management and data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo ensuring optimal engagement and conversion rates.
  • Implement comprehensive social media strategies using tools like META Business Suite, Canva, Shopify Social Media across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and update the website content seamlessly through the Shopify CMS, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online presence.
  • Oversee advertising efforts across Google Ads, META Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads Manager, optimising campaigns for maximum reach and ROI.
  • Create visually compelling content using graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud, aligning with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Edit and produce engaging video content using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Canva to enhance the brand's storytelling and promotional efforts.
Sales:
  • Oversee and manage end to end B2B and B2C relationships to ensure a seamless customer experience. Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, order processing, and customs documentation coordination with DHL.
  • Utilise analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics & META Business suite to analyse data, generate insights, and visualise key performance indicators for informed decision-making.
Operations:
  • Monitor and manage feedback and reviews through platforms such as Survey Monkey, Google Forms, and Trustpilot, ensuring positive brand representation and addressing customer concerns.
  • Oversee and optimise the performance of our e-commerce platform, Shopify, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
  • Coordinate logistics and order processes through DHL Express eCommerce, Fastway, and Wave OMS, ensuring timely order fulfilment and corporate customer satisfaction.

What you'll need to succeed :

Key Skills:
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective interaction with team members, customers, and corporate clients.
  • Ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy with strong attention to detail and initiative when approaching tasks
  • Desire and ability to creatively contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns, product designs, and content creation.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, and e-commerce strategies.
  • Leadership qualities to lead individuals and guide a team towards achieving marketing goals.
  • Data analysis skills to assess campaign performance and make informed decisions.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of marketing and target driven sales experience, ideally in an eCommerce environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with an ability to build team dynamic and motivate others.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and campaign development.
  • Knowledge and experience navigating META Business suite, Google Ad Manager, Klaviyo (or any related email marketing platform), Canva, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & LinkedIn
  • Ability to analyse data, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions using Excel, Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate creative ideas and strategies clearly.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and other relevant technologies.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes.
